Electric scooter batteries which have no power in them at all, or which have just enough power in them to faintly turn the motor or illuminate an indicator lamp are almost always too worn out to be able to recharge and be used again.

Most electric scooters these days look like the old-school scooters with which we’re all familiar, and they can be pretty noisy. The Xiaomi electric scooter is more refined. It can travel up to nearly 20 miles, but the exact distance depends on how fast you go.
It does so almost completely silently, too. It comes in black and white color. A mobile app lets you track everything from the remaining battery life and distance to your average speed and controls for acceleration and cruise control.

Razor E325 Electric Scooter
Those who prefer minimalist things will love the Razor E325. Sometimes it is renowned to be the best electric scooter from Razor so a preserved and used electric scooter should maintain the quality. This one has a chain driven motor and gives speed up to 15 mph. It has variable speed, too.
The wide sized deck allows the rider to comfortably place both his feet on it while riding. It makes a good choice for urban commuters with its wide 10 inches pneumatic wheels. Its range in terms of time is better than many other rival models as on full charge it has a running time of up to 45 minutes.
Kids as young as 12 can easily ride it without too much practice. The scooter weighs 43 lbs and it is not foldable. It takes 12 hours to recharge the battery. It has a hand operated rear brake, so the child is in the control and it is not hard to learn how to ride this scooter.
It comes with a retractable kickstand that will allow to quickly go on and off the scooter with no need to lean it to any surface or wall. The weight limit is 220 lbs
Pros
This scooter even as used is not expensive. It has a great top speed for kids and parents to enjoy.
Cons
This scooter is not foldable and it weighs 43 lbs which are not light to drag around.
Razor E100 Electric Scooter
The E100, new or used electric scooter comes with a decent speed of 10 mph and I would recommend it for kids around 6 to 10 years old because of the top speed. According to Razor, you should get a good 40 minutes (4-6 miles) of riding out of it if you’re a child. Just remember that it varies a lot depending on rider weight and terrain and the state of the used electric scooters for sale cheap.
It uses lead-acid batteries which have a far lengthier recharge time than lithiums and are much heavier. But at this price, you can’t ask for much more. The recharge time is 8-12 hours and I recommend you to get a pack of extra 12v batteries. The twist-grip acceleration control is really easy to handle and use.
As all Razor scooters, it has a hand operated front brake. The 8-inch pneumatic front tire and urethane rear wheel support the smooth riding.
